Categories
A category is the general topic, or topics, that a news item can be classified in.
Readers can browse specific categories to see all news in the category.
(click on a category, on the list to the right, to view news under that category)
Tags
A tag refers to a micro-category for a news item.
News items with similar tags are linked together when a user clicks one of the tags.
